We are living through unprecedented times and it feels like business owners are feeling the strain of trying to keep their business going, paying their employees and suppliers, and throwing homeschooling children into the mix it’s no wonder we are feeling the strain!
Here are some tips to avoid burnout!
1. Keep to a routine
You may find you are working from home or trying to juggle more than usual but it’s important to try and stick to a routine, you need to have dedicated work hours and times where you totally switch off.
2. Build-in time to exercise
We might not be able to go to the gym but it’s important to still build in time to exercise, this is a massive stress reliever so schedule the time in for a run or home workout!
3. Eat healthily and sleep well
Simple advice but pay attention to what you fuel your body with, you can’t burn the candle at both ends for too long so heed the advice to slow down and be mindful of what you put in your body!
